I was born on November 22nd in Killeen, Texas on Thanksgiving night. I have one older sister who is 4 years older than me and one younger brother who is 4 years younger than me. I was a cheerleader for three years until I dislocated my shoulder. After I stopped cheering, I started focusing only on my school work. I graduated from high school early in December 1997 and started attending the local college the following winter term. I transferred to the University of Houston (GO COOGS) and graduated and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Foods in 2003. I continued my education and earned a Masters of Science degree in Family and Consumers Sciences, minor in Health with infuses in Nutrition at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas in 2004.

I have always been into eating healthy and working out. Before I started grad school, I was a personal trainer. Even growing up, fitness has always been a part of my life. I am a gym rat! I am that girl in the gym who makes those noises when I work out (LOL). I treat my body like a temple. But of coarse I do treat myself to French Fries, Chinese, and Mexican.

I always had dreams of modeling, but I thought I was too short. I started modeling in undergrad doing fashion shows and entering in bikini contests. I had to stop modeling the focus more on my school. Right now, I am a part time model and a full time Registered Dietitian. I love being in front of the camera. I try to make every photo shoot the best shoot. I find every photo shoot keeps getting better and better.
